Hello I am Shannon Ryck and I love to travel and empower women!
I noticed while traveling that often women want to travel and they don't have anyone to go with. They may be single. They may have a partner who doesn't want to travel or goes but obviously doesn't want to be there. It takes a lot of work getting friends together to go on a trip.
I wanted to give these ladies a way to explore, have fun, make connections, and reconnect with themselves. Out of this desire Fearless, Fabulous, and Over 40 Adventures was born! Retreats exclusively for women 40 and up!
In addition to having a great time, FFover40 provides the ladies with tools to help them manage their everyday lives. I provide bellydance classes as a way for them to loosen up, let go of their inhibitions and see how incredible their bodies really are no matter their age, shape or size. I provide breath workshops. It reduces stress, creates feelings of openness, love, peace, gratitude, clarity, communication, and connection. Breathwork also helps release trauma or mental, physical, and emotional blocks, as well as anxiety, depression, fear, grief, and anger. At times guided meditation is also offered depending on the needs of the group.
I have been so lucky to have amazing ladies on my retreats. They each bring something wonderful to the table and I love to see their personalities meld and sisterhoods form. I can't wait to welcome you on a retreat and share what makes these retreats so special!
